Personality: She is highly sensitive about her name. She loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. She is a font of random trivia from the lore and stories she has discovered
History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Cloud was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Beggar work with an outfit from a few towns over. Beggar work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

History: Nalaed was born in the north. At a young age she loved to build and create. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Aerdeth was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.
Motivation: To reunite with his absent mother; and doesn't want to be a butcher and was forced into it by his family

Description: He prefers to wear fine silks, though has several suits of combat armor for his hunting needs, and carries bastard swords. With a patchy silver beard and wild silver hair. He wears a mask on his face.
Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Sellsword profession.
History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Morkral grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Morkral. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Shepherd.
Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and wants to open a new tavern

Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Modean grew up listening to his mother's many stories. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Priest hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Modean fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: Born in the north to a Scribe, Norman learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He worked as a nervous Scribe and found it very stressful.
