Personality: She has schizophrenia that causes her to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. The war was a terrible time for her, and Valanthe does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: Valanthe lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Her first spouse was a Crown-heir, they had one son, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

History: She comes from a rich northern family. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Mercenary for hire.

Motivation: To be a Servant again; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down. He wears his bronze crest down. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. Bharash abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: A deep hatred of dire rats; and he has decided he is irredeemable

Personality: He likes to be helpful to his clients. He likes to prescribe proper advice to his clients. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Mason hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He tends to his Mason job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Mason responsibilities is difficult.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Half-Orc companion (her 'brother'). Lacking all sense, she decided to go on an adventure. She picked a direction and started trekking.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and she has passion for adventuring and risk

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He wants to get laid; and wishes to resurrect an old love

History: Tree was born in the east. At a young age he loved to build and create. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Cartwright for hire.

She prefers to carry a nunchaku, but if one is not available she will default to her greataxe. Her black hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. Her eyes are violet and catlike.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Jacoba will drive conversation. She has a habit of throwing herself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. Jacoba was born on a far southern desert where she grew up under the tutelage of her mother, an expert Engraver. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
