Description: A middle-aged man, he wears light armors faded through time and improper care, and is pretty ugly. His golden hair is still thick. His amber eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Through the years after Trym was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Trym's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: Rael was born with his mother's beautiful face. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and he is content

Personality: She is envious of other's things. She hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that she so desires. She does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: Her psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. She has had some formal painting training, and achieved minor success. She has never given up on her painting dream.

Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions; and she wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away

Personality: She takes her job very seriously, in part because she fears she cannot get a new one. She keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to her own.

History: When she was but 7 years old her parents immigrated from the south. After coming to the age of reason, Seddit took it upon herself to study the druidic arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Bather for hire.

History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Crown-heir work with an outfit from a few towns over. Crown-heir work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Crown-heir for the past few years.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. Her father was very strict, and drilled into her lessons on being the perfect lady. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for her; and she doesn't get along with people that don't share her tastes

Personality: He hates illithids. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He is a great chef.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, John was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. John was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the illithids.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Erdan embodies much of what other species detest in the Half-Elves. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Gardener hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
