History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. In her 16th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her father impaled in their home, and her mother beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He uses divination through singing.

History: Gifted from a young age, Naeris studied abroad. Ostracized due to the divine powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Elves became a terror of the countryside. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Naeris fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: She likes to fabricate stories about her past exploits and how crazy she is, but in actuality she is rather bland. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.

History: The child of northern immigrants she idolized her mother. A serious injury left her mother unemployed and in need of constant care. Her family became saddled with debt trying to care for her infirm mother. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and she made a deal with a demon which lead to her current lot in life, and she's becoming increasingly nervous about it

Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

History: She was born at the edge of vast desert. Over the years she perfected her riding and shooting skills. She has worked as a Jeweler like her mother before her.

Motivation: She's looking for her big break; and sabotage a competitor
