History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, Diggory has worked very hard to control his curse. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

History: Astaro hails from a village terrorized by brigands. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Roofer they were divorced and she won custody of their son. She worked as a Butcher, and she later adopted a second son.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

History: Unvera hails from a village terrorized by giants. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of specialists.

Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.

She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.
