Description: She is a pot bellied northern woman with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. She wears a tan shirt, with a grey mid length skirt with grey tights and flats, usually wearing a coat over them. Her hair is always cut to a buzz. Her blue eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.
Personality: She is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. A fanatic, her devotion to her small selection of gods is unquestionable. She claims to be doing their will and will base all her actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.
History: The child of a Sage, who enjoyed hunting, Vaina was taken on many hunting expeditions. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Elves in the north were limited. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

Personality: He is envious of other's things. He hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that he so desires. He receives visions of the future at random moments
History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Painter arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He now mingles about in high society.

Description: He is scrawny and has patchy blue crest. He usually wears his black robe and has his dagger always slung over his shoulder. He has a hunchback. His blue crest is matted, messy, and big. His red eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.
Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.
History: Ghesh was raised in a hard working conservative environment. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Dilettante. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.
Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help

Description: This man wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body. He has a penchant for wearing a ring with an oversized opal on his right hand. His black hair is matted, messy, and big. His blue eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.
Personality: Galinndan is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.
History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero.

Personality: She takes her job very seriously, in part because she fears she cannot get a new one. She is a thrill seeker, she laughs at people and throws down challenges. She is highly competitive and combative.
History: The child of eastern immigrants she idolized her mother. A serious injury left her mother unemployed and in need of constant care. Her family became saddled with debt trying to care for her infirm mother. She struck the Fisher job and began her own company from there.
Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions; and wants to open a new tavern

Description: He is an exceptionally muscular looking northern young adult. He wears a white costume with the symbols of the sun god on his torso. Beneath his clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. With a patchy blonde beard and wild blonde hair. His violet eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.
Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. He is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.
History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when giants swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Mogg was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Mogg decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food she seems plenty friendly. She is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.
History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Detective hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: To share knowledge with the world.

Description: He typically wears brown cloth garments or leather armor, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 5'3" when asserting himself. His auburn hair and beard is wavy and long. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.
History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Richard was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Richard fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. There was a wharf not far from home where she often wandered off to fish. She left for the east, certain she would find work there.
