Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Bhevek will drive conversation. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Performer they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Scribe, and he later adopted a second son.

Personality: A grumpy gal she will invite people to lunch so she can critique them. Yet she still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. She is skeptical of what others tell her and is slow to trust.

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Her homeland was ravaged by war and she spent much of her life rebuilding it. She now spends her time doing works of charity.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. Ostracized due to the necromantic powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. Personality: She hates brigands. She views them as having robbed her home of its proper glory. She invented a lineage for herself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: She got into the Barber business at a young age. She inherited a moderately successful company from her father. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She has achieved small success as a Barber.

Motivation: Revenge; and balancing her hectic life and new barber responsibilities is difficult

Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Beggar who has hired him part-time. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He was taken from his home at a very young age. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day; and seeks redemption
