History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Half-Elven conditions. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Painter for hire.

Personality: She is quite rude, and likes to deride her opponents skill and shout insults at them. Her temper goes off on the smallest of things. She tends to lash out at those around her.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother.

Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic woman, Ranala's first love is herself. Her second love is also herself. She is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. She haggles over everything, upselling her goods and buying cheap. She is persistent in everything.

History: Ranala was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Mercenary hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His parents enrolled him in a Sorcerer school at a young age so that he could practice his necromantic talents. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: He wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help
