Personality: She is a melancholic, but persistent worker. She resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. She is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of her. She is by nature obliging.
History: Beleth hails from a village terrorized by orcs. In her 16th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her mother impaled in their home, and her father beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: Someone believes her a fraud.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her mother's willingness to do anything to win. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.
History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Shifting was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Shifting decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.

Description: This man is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of his veins is visible when he is not flexing. His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. His moppish chestnut hair is in a traditional bowl cut. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.
History: He was raised in a mountains tribe. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered east to less war torn lands. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Delg fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Personality: She shows great sympathy to all travelers. She's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. The war was a terrible time for her, and Philomena does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.
History: Philomena was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. After coming to the age of reason, Philomena took it upon herself to study the arcane arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: She feels kind of lost in life.

Personality: She takes her job very seriously, in part because she fears she cannot get a new one. She is kind towards other women and children and will generally offer women help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to her.
History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Cursed with lycanthropy at a very young age, Irann has worked very hard to control her curse. She now mingles about in high society.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Spear embodies much of what other species detest in the Tabaxis. She has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.
History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Soapmaker work with an outfit from a few towns over. Soapmaker work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She now owns her own business.
