History: The child of a Painter, who enjoyed hunting, Suhnae was taken on many hunting expeditions. Ostracized due to the necromantic powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Half-Elves became a terror of the countryside. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

History: He got into the Beggar business at a young age. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. In his journeys he found a malevolent artifact. He wishes to return this artifact and its corrupting influence back to where it came.

Personality: She hates illithids. She views them as having robbed her home of its proper glory. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Nella is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.

History: She was born at the edge of vast forest. There was a wharf not far from home where she often wandered off to fish. She guards a vault combo very seriously as well as the key needed to open it.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Cartwright responsibilities is difficult; and many illithids want her driven away

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: When he was but 6 years old his parents immigrated from the east. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He was taken from his home at a very young age. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Chay was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the illithids.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Fortune-teller born in the past three hundred years. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Hobart liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He has worked as a Fortune-teller like his father before him.
