Personality: She is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, she's a very lovable idiot. She can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate. She was granted psionic powers by her dying sister.
