Personality: A grumpy gal she will invite people to lunch so she can critique them. Yet she still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. She cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.
History: She was born at the edge of vast forest. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. After a long history of fighting, Shautha and her spouse have recently divorced.

Description: She is a pot bellied northern woman with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. She wears a green tunic with black highlights, and long violet pants that bunch up around her shoes. Her green crest is lengthy and is close to two feet long. Her face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. Her spectacle hidden eyes are a deep red.
Personality: Abrasive and pushy, she has a hard time making friends. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Pyxrin is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.
History: The child of northern immigrants she idolized her father. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Description: This malnourished man dresses well, wearing brown shirts, loose pants, and blazers most of the time. His blonde hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. His eyes are amber.
Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.
History: Roger was raised in a hard working conservative environment. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Mercenary. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Mercenary for hire.
Motivation: Further expansion of business; and to be a sellsword again

Description: She wears an entirely brown suit with blue socks and a vest with buckled shoes. She cuts an attractive figure and her suit of old armor is well cared for even if it is obsolete. Her white hair is braided into rings. She wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into her face.
Personality: She believes there is no problem she cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. She constantly seizes attention wherever she goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. She likes to think of herself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.
History: Ilde was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Her father was a mechanic, and taught her how to fix just about anything. She tends to her Mercenary job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.
Motivation: She'd like to take her coworkers down a peg; and balancing her hectic life and new mercenary responsibilities is difficult

Description: This woman is bedraggled and starved. She wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination. She wears her red hair up in a very large beehive style do. Her fair skin shows little sign of her aristocratic breeding.
Personality: Her voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl she speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of her tone. She is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. She likes to tell stories.
History: Gunnloda was born with her father's beautiful face. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Gunnloda fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and she is wracked by social anxiety

It has not been laundered in sometime and has been worn in activities one would not normally wear a suit during and is in decent physical shape. Her hair is greying and her face has many wrinkles. This gold eyed northerner is not easily forgotten.
Personality: She speaks before she thinks and is too direct. She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: She comes from a rich northern family. She moved out west to avoid the crime she committed. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
Motivation: She feels threatened by others; and she feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help

Personality: She has always had a great fascination with Elven culture. The occasional robbery is her preferred attention getting crime, but she mainly uses her means for meeting her own perverse desires.
History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Her first spouse was a Tanner, they had one son, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She used her abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.
Motivation: A rival would like her out of the picture.

Description: She is dressed in a clean brown cloak covering her clean studded leather. She carries with her a set of morningstars on her belt, each one with a sapphire on the hilt. She keeps her long red fur kept up in a rat tail. Her green unseeing eyes seem to look past you.
Personality: She likes to fabricate stories about her past exploits and how crazy she is, but in actuality she is rather bland. She cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist she will grow angry at them.
History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. When Dagger reached her early adolescence her Tabaxi mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food she seems plenty friendly. She is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Half-Orcs.
History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. As of late she has set up a hidden staging nest where she ambushes people she hires for escort.
Motivation: She feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help; and she will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. if successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact
