Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He disdains his fellow southerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.
History: He was born in the south. His parents were killed by dire rats in a raid when he was still a young child. The dire rats captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Description: 5'6" and lanky with angular features, he is an attractive figure. He wears a worn and beaten armor. He sports a flattop hair cut. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.
Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.
History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Nicor was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Through the years after Nicor was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Nicor's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Description: This woman is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of her veins is visible when she is not flexing. Her shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for her due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. She wears a colorful flower in her cinnamon fur. Her eyes are a pleasant amber.
Personality: She runs her personal life as if detached from it. She organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits she will get from it. She is fiercely devoted to her mother, and views her mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating her from her legal half-brother.
History: Shifting was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. Being born in the east, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the east for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way south. She has been saving her money to try and buy her brother's freedom.
Motivation: To reunite with her absent mother; and wants to raise her children well

Personality: She swings through moods quickly. One moment she is cool and collected, the next she is carried away by passions. She has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.
History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. She was a friend to animals and a trickster. In her defense of animals however she would do severe harm to people. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Astaro fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: Meet up once more with her childhood friend; and she's looking for her big break

Personality: She is someone who is used to having a large amount of sex appeal. She also lacks a concept of privacy and shares just about everything. She can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Akra grew up listening to her mother's many stories. Akra liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. She was granted arcane powers by her dying sister.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He works hard and plays hard.
History: Patrick hails from a village terrorized by brigands. In his 14th year, his parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Patrick alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
