Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes gnolls are coming to abduct people. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.
History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Halfling people; and many gnolls want him driven away

Description: He wears dull brown sweaters, loose pastel pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed glaive, just in case, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 6'4" when asserting himself. He wears a small hat to hide his balding. He is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.
Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.
History: He was raised in a desert tribe. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Guard. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Guard for hire.

Description: This woman wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. She is muscular with a powerful set of arms. She wears a broad hat to cover her moderate length gold crest. She is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.
Personality: She is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of her strength. She works very hard to maintain that gentleness. She does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of orcs may trigger it at times.
History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by orcs. Gesrethe was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the orcs.
Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by orcs, and she desires to right it; and someone believes her a fraud

Description: This man is perpetually draped in fineries, but all of this concealed by his earthly robes., and sports empty pouches on his belt. His red hair, when down, is lengthy. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.
Personality: Tûmûg wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Sorcerer, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.
History: Tûmûg lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Through the years after Tûmûg was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Tûmûg's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has since lost track of the people in his past.
Motivation: Marry his sister to traveling adventurers.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to her current location. By chance she met her sister recently and the two have been together since.

Personality: Ranala hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate her. It was this clingy personality that held back her poetry career. She takes great pride in her work and is very well organized. Her planner is full of calendar events.
History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Stylist arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Ranala abandoned her home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature trident.

She has gleaming, smiling green eyes.
Personality: She is happy with her job as a Spy. She turns her eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. She moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep her interest for a month it is impressive.
History: She got into the Spy business at a young age. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. Being a Spy kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
