History: Fulbar lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Fulbar was born on a far northern desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Barber. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Priest they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Barber, and he later adopted a second son.
