Personality: She is extraordinarily eccentric. She claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day she will do what she thinks is right.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Courier hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes giants are coming to abduct people. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.
