History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. Through the years after Fonkin was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Fonkin's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 4 years.

History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She became a Soapmaker soon after.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Ruler.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and balancing his hectic life and new ruler responsibilities is difficult

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He has had some formal dancing training, and achieved minor success. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Servant. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.
