Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Ostracized due to the necromantic powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Dwarves became a terror of the countryside. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He hates brigands. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and someone believes him a fraud

Description: He is generally well dressed albeit a few years behind the times. He is portly but not overly obese. His hair, while still mostly red, has prominent grey streaks. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. His mother took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. After a long history of fighting, Chem and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.

Description: This southern woman is well dressed, constantly wearing a violet suit, grey shirt, and black tie. Her clothes are grease stained in places. She keeps her silver hair in a flapper bob. Her face is full, her cheeks are rosy, and she always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in her gray eyes.

Personality: She is extraordinarily eccentric. She is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: She was born in the south. While she appears to be a normal Half-Elf, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She left for the south, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.

Personality: A grumpy gal she will invite people to lunch so she can critique them. Yet she still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. She is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.

History: When she was but 8 years old her parents immigrated from the south. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Dwarves in the south were limited. She now spends her time doing works of charity.

Motivation: She has decided she is irredeemable.

Description: This southern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it. He has no hair. His eyes are amber.

Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: Geoffrey hails from a village terrorized by brigands. Geoffrey was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Geoffrey decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: Seeks redemption; and wishes to resurrect an old love

Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: His psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He always admired psionic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and to pay off his debts

Personality: She does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. Animals are drawn to her, and she is able to talk to them.

History: Havilar lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Her mother was a soldier and died while she was still young. Havilar was left her mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. By chance she met her brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: An old rival family wants her found; and she has money and likes to spend it
