History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. His parents were killed by dire rats in a raid when he was still a young child. The dire rats captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and doesn't want to be a bather and was forced into it by his family

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when drow swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. Through the years after Rolf was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Rolf's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
