Description: He is in excellent shape and wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. He conceals his scythe with his veritable burlap sack of a shirt. His scarlet crest is braided into rings. This red eyed southerner is not easily forgotten.
Personality: Calm and collected, he is a well trained Sage. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing painting.
History: Baradad was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Half-Elven companion (his 'brother'). He has taken up work as a Sage and fed both sides of the war false information with the goal of increasing casualties.

Description: She is a husky woman, who is wearing dark clothing and a heavy breastplate, keeping many of her physical features obscured. She has dyed her greying orange fur a little too much giving a sharp orange color. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.
Personality: She is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before her hampering stammer kicks in. She also hits on women, regardless of circumstances.
History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.
Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and to settle down with her crush

Description: She stands about 4'0" and wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination. Her right hand appears badly burned and disfigured. Her red hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a feathered hat. She wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into her face.
Personality: She does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. As she has aged she has sought to do reparations for her actions as a youth. She is also making sure that her compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.
History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Gillyd fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: She has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day.

Description: A woman with a friendly, welcoming air about her, she likes to wear white tank tops with green skirt. With bright auburn hair. She was beautiful and young once, which still shows through her age, but it is a faded beauty.
Personality: She is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as she rather likes the sound of her voice. Her demeanor is somewhat feminine. She does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.
History: Nella was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Nella was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Nella decided she wanted neither the life of her father nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Being a Tailor kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
Motivation: She is unsatisfied with her job; and she possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

Description: A plain young-adult man, he wears a lot of dark rich colors, with gold accents. He wears his green crest up. He has red eyes and a black hat with a grey feather.
Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Crown-heir business.
History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when orcs swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Through the years after Shedinn was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Shedinn's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by orcs, and he desires to right it

Personality: She is mildly Half-Orc supremacist, though she does not identify as such. The war was a terrible time for her, and Baggi does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.
History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Gnomish activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Gnomish doctor. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
Motivation: She feels kind of lost in life; and she wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Personality: She is filled with cunning. She likes to feign weakness letting people think she is weak. She lacks moral complications. She does what she is told to by employers but not much else. She spends her money on whatever she fancies at the time.
History: Menny was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. Lacking all sense, she decided to go on an adventure. She picked a direction and started trekking.

Description: This eastern man is abnormally tall. He wears a tattered pair of loose brown pants, a matching torn shirt, and a visible pair of similar condition same color briefs. His whole body is exceptionally muscular. He has a very tight haircut. He wears a mask on his face.
Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.
History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Herbalist hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
Motivation: To prove his worth to the world.
