To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Hatae. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. History: Erias hails from a village terrorized by brigands. He found a children's book about a Dwarf Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He guards a vault combo very seriously as well as the key needed to open it.

Motivation: Marry his sister to traveling adventurers; and someone believes him a fraud

History: Her martial talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. Her martial abilities were realized during a raid on her village. She has never given up on her singing dream.

History: Tordrid was raised in a hard working conservative environment. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She tends to her Roofer job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Crown-heir for hire.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Crown-heir responsibilities is difficult.

Personality: She is witty, but her monotone delivery comes off as unnerving As she has aged she has sought to do reparations for her actions as a youth. She is also making sure that her compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. When Kabbarg reached her early adolescence her Half-Orc father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: She feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help; and she possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal
