Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this southern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He refers to his adoptive father for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.
History: Adrik was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg.

Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.
History: He comes from a rich western family. Gildmak was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Gildmak decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He struck the Soapmaker job and began his own company from there.

Personality: A grumpy gal she will invite people to lunch so she can critique them. Yet she still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. She has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a woman enough she will sell her own mother. Money is her most trusted friend.
History: A child with a great deal of painting talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. Through the years after Irann was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Irann's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She used her abilities to travel the world and help people.

History: Greeba was born in the south. At a young age she loved to build and create. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her father gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.
