Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Crampernap fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Bellfounder hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Humans in Geva's homeland. Geva decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
