Personality: She runs her personal life as if detached from it. She organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits she will get from it. She is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with her old comrades. She has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: She is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation she is generally quite perceptive. She notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. She is a bit of a macho woman and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when brigands swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Sannl fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He now owns his own business.

Personality: Harriet is depressed about a lot of things. She tends to be a nihilist. She has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother; and she is greedy

Personality: She seems absolutely devoid of it. She stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. Around other people she will do her best to conceal her emotions and appear jolly.

History: Born to a Bricklayer, her father struggled to pay the bills. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help

History: Agnes was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She has became unsatisfied with her lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Personality: She is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks her mind. She loves teas. She is very sensitive about her face. To blow off anger she lifts weights and to control her otherwise explosive temper she works out a lot.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
