Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: Chay was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Chay took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up shortspear and armor he uses now. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

History: Heir to a fortune, her parents put a great deal of effort into curing her disease. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. She now mingles about in high society.

Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. He prefers to wear the grand gowns of high society. He carries his fan with him everywhere and carries himself as the perfect gentleman. His blonde hair is singed and shortened. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He is obsessed with finding treasure.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark.

Description: A hulking man with gigantic muscles, he wears a robe, a symbol of magic around his neck, and a longbow on his belt. He wears his gray fur down. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his yellow eyes.

Personality: In the realm of puns, he cannot help himself. He feels obliged to make them. Five enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Five was born with his father's beautiful face. Through the years after Five was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Five's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Five fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and doesn't want to be a fortune-teller and was forced into it by his family

History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the north. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Mason.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Mason responsibilities is difficult; and further expansion of business

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of dire rats may trigger it at times.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. As a young child he wandered into the woods despite his mother's warnings against it. Afterwards he claimed he had encountered dire rats who tried to eat his hand. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it; and revenge

Personality: She's a bit of a prankster. She knows she is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. She is used to getting what she wants. In part because she is a meticulous planner.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Marshal arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. She inherited a moderately successful company from her father. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region.
