Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Weaver. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Weaver responsibilities is difficult.

History: The child of northern immigrants she idolized her father. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Elves in the north were limited. She has worked as a Farmer like her father before her.

Description: This younger middle-aged man wears baggy green pantaloons and a brown scarf, and a wedding ring on his right hand. His white hair is braided into rings. His silver eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: He is envious of other's things. He hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that he so desires. He refers to his adoptive father for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: Raam was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He found a children's book about a Tiefling Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Guard and was forced into it by his family.

Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: Nordak was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and he has money and likes to spend it

He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and he is greedy

His attire stands in sharp contrast to his dagger, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a dagger on it. He has dyed his greying gray fur a little too much giving a sharp gray color. His eyes are likewise blue. His teeth are white and perfect.

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Banker business.

History: Born to a Mortician, his father struggled to pay the bills. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Banker. He has achieved small success as a Banker.

Motivation: He seems to be bored by most things; and further expansion of business

Description: This late middle aged woman wears professional attire and is in decent physical shape. Her moppish white hair is in a traditional bowl cut. She has a dull look in her brown eyes.

Personality: She is envious of other's things. She hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that she so desires. She is stubborn though. She always likes to keep a trick up her sleeve. She likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if she feels she even has a chance of losing.

History: A child with a great deal of singing talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. In her 13th year, her parents were killed by a orcs raid, leaving Zagga alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: She wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Uthemar grew up listening to his mother's many stories. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and he's in love

Personality: She trusts no one. She is not readily capable for forgiveness and her ire never leaves her. She is accommodating to her spouse and as such limits her hospitality. She is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven herself a capable leader.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. While studying, she fell in love. They married and had a daughter. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and wishes to resurrect an old love
