Personality: He is a Ruler first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. His first spouse was a Miner, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He struck the Ruler job and began his own company from there.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Mella will drive conversation. The war was a terrible time for her, and Mella does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.
