History: Az-Rans lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Halfling activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Halfling doctor. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.
