Description: He is a small man, but exceptionally fit. He wears light armors faded through time and improper care. His long white hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. His eyes are violet and he is always smoking a pipe.
Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.
History: Khrosh was born in the south. At a young age he loved to build and create. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He found several beat up suits of armor and, cannibalizing spare parts, he put together a working one.
Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and wants to work out more often

Description: This malnourished woman is well dressed, constantly wearing a yellow suit, black shirt, and brown tie. She has white hair. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.
Personality: She is happy with her job as a Detective. She turns her eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. Althaea is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her brothers into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.
History: Althaea hails from a village terrorized by illithids. She was an apprentice working in her mother's forge. She struck the Detective job and began her own company from there.
Motivation: Expand her business.

Description: A 5'4" southern woman, she is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers her face most of the time. She keeps her red fur in a pixie cut. She has green eyes.
Personality: She is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as she rather likes the sound of her voice. Her demeanor is somewhat feminine. She takes great pride in her work and is very well organized. Her planner is full of calendar events.
History: A powerful necromancer made her what she is. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a ruined castle. She would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Shadow took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up hand crossbow and armor she uses now. She bought a hand crossbow and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.
Motivation: Wants her loneliness to end; and sabotage a competitor

Description: A pudgy woman standing about 5'6" has a big stupid grin on her face most of the time. She dresses in brown turtlenecks beneath a pastel coat with green slacks. Her hair is long and black with streaks of brown, and is pulled back with small brown clips. Her brown eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.
Personality: She barks her statements quickly and with little fuss. She prefers small words and is at her heart utilitarian. When triggered she is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.
History: Gifted from a young age, Anne studied abroad. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.
Motivation: She has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day; and she feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He's also a talented Beggar, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Description: 5'4" and lanky with angular features, he is an attractive figure. He prefers to wear fine silks, though has several suits of combat armor for his hunting needs. He has a small bristly mustache and wavy red hair. His hazel eyes peer out from beneath his broad white hat.
Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Shágflak embodies much of what other species detest in the Half-Orcs. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Spice Merchant business.
History: He was born into a rich family. Shágflak liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He has dedicated himself to building a better world.
Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it.

Description: She stands about 6'6" and dresses like a well dressed Gardener does. Her right hand appears badly burned and disfigured. Her bronze crest is smooth and relatively long. Her face is full, her cheeks are rosy, and she always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in her red eyes.
Personality: A deeply religious woman she believes everything happens for a reason. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Daar is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.
History: Born in the west to a Gardener, Daar learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Gardener for hire.
Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern.

Description: The light-skinned man stands 4'9" and dresses in collared shirts and wears a proper scarf over his head. His head has been shaved. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.
Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He is stubborn though. He always likes to keep a trick up his sleeve. He likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if he feels he even has a chance of losing.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Roger grew up listening to his mother's many stories. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
Motivation: He's looking for his big break; and an old rival family wants him found

He only wears one on his belt and the other on his back. His hair is blonde and very short. His brown unseeing eyes seem to look past you.
Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.
History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.
Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army
