History: She was raised in a plains tribe. After coming to the age of reason, Eida took it upon herself to study the divine arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the east; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out

History: A child with a great deal of singing talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.

Personality: She loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from her. She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Half-Elf in existence. She claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day she will do what she thinks is right.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Map Maker work with an outfit from a few towns over. Map Maker work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She tends to her Map Maker job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Born to a Mortician, his father struggled to pay the bills. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Personality: She is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. She is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: She was born into a rich family. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the plains to a summer home near a large cave. She would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Maiathah took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up longbow and armor she uses now. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

She is always in debt, since she spends her money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. A freak accident while working with her Beggar mother left her crippled. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.
