History: Ranala was born in the west. At a young age she loved to build and create. Her father was very strict, and drilled into her lessons on being the perfect lady. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Motivation: To prove her worth to the world; and she is greedy

Description: A well shaped woman just over fifty, she dresses well, wearing blue shirts, loose pants, and blazers most of the time. Her hair is auburn and curly. She wears a mask on her face.

Personality: She is mildly Elf supremacist, though she does not identify as such. She is accommodating to her spouse and as such limits her hospitality. She is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven herself a capable leader.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Barkeep hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. Some 7 years later her spouse died after the birth of her daughter. Heartbroken, Ahinar never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her daughter whom she trained as her mother had trained her before.

Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He wears blue robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a shield, but if one is not available he will default to his greatsword. His hair is chestnut and very short. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady blue eyes.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Peren will drive conversation. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Elves in the east were limited. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle; and retire the richest man in the east

History: Born to a Mercenary, his mother struggled to pay the bills. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero; and retire the richest man in the north

Description: This man is very fat, and dresses like a well dressed Ruler does. He has a black handlebar mustache and slicked back black hair. He wears a mask on his face.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 7. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of drow once and for all.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Ruler for hire.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by drow, and he desires to right it

Description: A woman with a friendly, welcoming air about her, she wears a black cloak and cross-gartered grey stockings. Her hair is cut close to her head. She is baby faced.

Personality: She believes there is no problem she cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. She tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. She was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform She has achieved small success as a Marshal.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern.

Description: He wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress), but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 6'5" when asserting himself. His silver crest is greasy and uncared for. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady gold eyes.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes dire rats are coming to abduct people. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: Dadalan was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Dadalan was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the dire rats.

Motivation: A deep hatred of dire rats; and he wants revenge against dire rats
