Description: What flesh remains visible is marred by burns. She tends to wear a green poncho over her likewise colored trousers and shirt. She keeps her silver hair in a pixie cut. Her eyes are red and catlike.
Personality: She can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. She tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.
History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Her parents were killed by gnolls in a raid when she was still a young child. The gnolls captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: Someone believes her a fraud; and many gnolls want her driven away

History: The child of eastern immigrants she idolized her father. She was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
Motivation: She is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out; and she possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Priest born in the past three hundred years. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.
History: Osco lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Through the years after Osco was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Osco's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Priest responsibilities is difficult; and to reunite with his absent mother

She prefers to carry a spear, but if one is not available she will default to her lance. Her golden hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a feathered hat. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.
Personality: She likes to be helpful to her clients. She likes to prescribe proper advice to her clients. She takes great pride in her work and is very well organized. Her planner is full of calendar events.
History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Ida grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Ida. She has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.
Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions; and sabotage a competitor

Personality: She hates Humans with a passion. As such she is filled with self loathing. More though she will beg to come along on any journeys. She will attempt to stowaway on any ship she can in the hopes that it will get her further away.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Sarah grew up listening to her mother's many stories. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Dyer work with an outfit from a few towns over. Dyer work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. His shirt is white, and he wears a heavy black leather apron most of the time. He wears a colorful flower in his white hair. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.
Personality: Nazû wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Sorcerer, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.
History: Nazû was born the youngest of three triplets. Through the years after Nazû was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Nazû's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. When triggered he is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.
History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Kyle was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Kyle decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. After a long history of fighting, Kyle and his spouse have recently divorced.
