History: He was raised in a forest tribe. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Fletcher hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature bastard sword.

Motivation: She is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs; and she has a rivalry with the church that dominates her actions
