Personality: She has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. She is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with her big mouthed big gutted partner. Her partner is her best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. She is harsh and unforgiving.

History: Born in the west her family was never financially stable. She found a children's book about a Elf Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She now owns her own business.

Personality: She is envious of other's things. She hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that she so desires. A true patriot, Pearl would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: The child of a Laborer, who enjoyed hunting, Pearl was taken on many hunting expeditions. While studying, she fell in love. They married and had a son. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She has decided she is irredeemable; and she wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away

History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his mother. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with painting. He constantly tries to fill his life with painting. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: He got into the Courier business at a young age. Ostracized due to the necromantic powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Halflings became a terror of the countryside. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and balancing his hectic life and new courier responsibilities is difficult

History: Biri lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She has been saving her money to try and buy her sister's freedom.

Motivation: Marry her sister to traveling adventurers; and regain custody of her son

Description: Standing 6'2", this woman wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized pastel coat. She has wavy white fur. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: She is intelligent and cunning, but she will too often allow her rage to get the better of her. She will lose her cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. On top of that she is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to her employer will always come first she doesn't like to hit women.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her mother gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Motivation: She's attracted to the PC; and she's looking for her big break

His left hand appears badly burned and disfigured. His hair, while still mostly auburn, has prominent grey streaks. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He disdains his fellow northerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.
