History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: He was raised in a mountains tribe. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.

Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. He tends to wear a large white jacket. He keeps his blonde hair in a pixie cut. He has several tiny emerald earrings on each ear.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Hobart embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Hobart is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Carpenter. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk she knows how to make people feel guilty. She is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. She haggles over everything, upselling her goods and buying cheap. She is persistent in everything.

History: She was raised in a plains tribe. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She left for the south, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the south; and she loathes her own lifestyle

Personality: She exudes charisma. She is a tour de force of persuasion. She always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove her into the Barrister business.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Barrister arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Barrister work with an outfit from a few towns over. Barrister work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She struck the Barrister job and began her own company from there.

History: Heir to a fortune, her parents put a great deal of effort into curing her disease. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

Motivation: Someone believes her a fraud; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by orcs, and she desires to right it

Personality: She can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Her divine abilities were realized during a raid on her village. She was granted divine powers by her dying brother.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and she is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Description: This northern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He wears a robe, a symbol of the four houses of cards around his neck, and a rapier on his belt. His dark red hair is knotted and matted. He has white eyes.

Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his singing with anyone who is interested.

History: A child with a great deal of singing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He has had some formal singing training, and achieved minor success. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Unemployed they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Performer, and he later adopted a second son.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent father; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister

Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: He was born in a small plains village. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: He wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army
