History: Born in the south to a Ruler, Veloptima learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Ruler work with an outfit from a few towns over. Ruler work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.
