Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.
History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. In his 13th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. In the meantime he has taken over work as a Carter and occasionally as a mercenary.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. Ogbur was orphaned to a temple shortly after his birth. He was raised by the temple staff to care always for others above himself and to hold his god always in his heart. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Shax lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her mother's willingness to do anything to win. She has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Description: He is an exceptionally muscular looking western young adult. He wears dull brown sweaters, loose blue pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed kukri, just in case. Beneath his clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. His moppish black hair is in a traditional bowl cut. His gray eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.
Personality: John is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. The war was a terrible time for him, and John does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.
History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. After coming to the age of reason, John took it upon himself to study the necromantic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He was granted necromantic powers by his dying sister.
Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this southern gal figured out how to best use her charms to convince people to do what she wants. Vapula is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her sisters into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.
History: She got into the Bookbinder business at a young age. Ostracized due to the necromantic powers of her oldest sister, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Tieflings became a terror of the countryside. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Dilettante they were divorced and she won custody of their daughter. She worked as a Bookbinder, and she later adopted a second daughter.
Motivation: An old rival family wants her found; and retire the richest woman in the south

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.
History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Reirak was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.
Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality; and obtaining odd cultural tabaxi artifacts is his passion

Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.
History: Beiro was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Layabout hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He guards a vault combo very seriously as well as the key needed to open it.
Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend.

History: She got into the Soapmaker business at a young age. Althaea was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Althaea decided she wanted neither the life of her father nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Soapmaker for hire.
