History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. Some 6 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Naal never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: A deep hatred of gnolls; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Personality: She is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as she rather likes the sound of her voice. Her demeanor is somewhat feminine. She is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She is unsatisfied with her job; and sabotage a competitor

Description: This man is very fat, and dresses in blue turtlenecks beneath a white coat with brown slacks. His blonde hair is unkempt and raggedy. His face is scarred and worn.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Naill embodies much of what other species detest in the Elves. He disdains his fellow westerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out.

Description: This late middle aged woman prefers to wear flannel and is in decent physical shape. She has moderate length white hair. She has gleaming, smiling hazel eyes.

Personality: She is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. She does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Stableman arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Through the years after Sariel was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Sariel's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Motivation: She wants revenge against illithids; and a deep hatred of illithids

Personality: She is intelligent and cunning, but she will too often allow her rage to get the better of her. She will lose her cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. She works hard and plays hard.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. While she appears to be a normal Dragonborn, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. After a long history of fighting, Sora and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC.

History: He got into the Soapmaker business at a young age. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered music. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Weaver they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Soapmaker, and he later adopted a second son.
