Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Balam grew up listening to his mother's many stories. His childhood dream was to be a Baker, but he was a colossal failure. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother.

History: She was born into a rich family. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. Apothecary work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls.
