Description: He is a pot bellied southern man with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. He wears very tight pants and wife beaters, though occasionally he sports a grey coat. His hair is white and curly. He wears an eyepatch.
Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.
History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. He has since lost track of the people in his past.
Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and doesn't want to be a spice merchant and was forced into it by his family

Description: She wears just a grey suit, and carries glaives. Her hair is long and brown with streaks of white, and is pulled back with small grey clips. Her eyes, though not visible through her cowl, are hazel.
Personality: She has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Herbalist who has hired her part-time. She has a habit of throwing herself into exceedingly dangerous situations.
History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Herbalist work with an outfit from a few towns over. Herbalist work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Adventurer. She hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.

Personality: She never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. A friendly and beautiful Human, she is rarely seen without a few beauties around her arms. Though a playboy in all rights, she is no lame duck.
History: Mary lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Her first spouse was a Bather, they had one daughter, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Description: He wears loose pants and a collared shirt complete with sweater beneath his coat. He is portly but not overly obese. His crest, while still mostly black, has prominent grey streaks. He wears large thick round spectacles.
Personality: He considers himself the perfect gentleman. He makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.
History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the forest to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. Kaladan took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up scimitar and armor he uses now. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love; and he doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes

He wears tight fitting clothing which further accentuates his frame. He has dyed his greying red crest a little too much giving a sharp red color. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.
Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.
History: His psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. Dazzazn was born on a far northern desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Merchant. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Her attire stands in sharp contrast to her quarterstaff, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a skull on it. Her white hair is knotted and matted. Her green eyes peer out from beneath her small blue hat.
Personality: She will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken her opponents. Despite her formidable combat skills she remains a coward. She loves teas. She is very sensitive about her face. To blow off anger she lifts weights and to control her otherwise explosive temper she works out a lot.
History: Heir to a fortune, her parents put a great deal of effort into curing her disease. Her father was a soldier and died while she was still young. Breena was left her father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Breena fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
