History: Born to a Sellsword, her mother struggled to pay the bills. In her 16th year, her parents were killed by a drow raid, leaving Phelaia alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Phelaia fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: She got into the Bellfounder business at a young age. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She now owns her own business.

Her father taught her the rudiments of the Shoemaker arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. While she appears to be a normal Human, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.
