History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Fistula. She has worked as a Unemployed like her father before her.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.
