He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Sage they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Roofer, and he later adopted a second son.

He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
