Personality: She snorts whenever she laughs or is feeling confident. When she's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, she's doing singing.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Through the years after Veloptima was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Veloptima's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
