History: Born in the north to a Laborer, Beiro learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. In his 17th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 14 years.

In the process these unassuming Half-Elves became a terror of the countryside. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: A child with a great deal of painting talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. Because his mother participated in the massacre of their homeland, illithids burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the west, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his father from journeying west to reunite his family. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

He is very protective of his business, his home, and his spouse. He is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. In his 13th year, his parents were killed by a drow raid, leaving Sindri alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by drow, and he desires to right it

Her one remaining eye shines blue.

Personality: She cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with her opinion, she thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, she can get violently argumentative. She also has developed a complete distrust of the Knight profession.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Maynild grew up listening to her father's many stories. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Dwarven companion (her 'brother'). She is searching for what she claims is her rightful reward.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Hubert was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Junk Dealer for the past few years.

He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.
