History: Emen hails from a village terrorized by orcs. Her father was a soldier and died while she was still young. Emen was left her father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She was granted arcane powers by her dying brother.

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Mortician. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Mortician responsibilities is difficult.

Personality: Therlin speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. She is clearly well-traveled and educated. She claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day she will do what she thinks is right.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: She seems to be bored by most things; and to find somewhere to settle down

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He always admired necromantic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He now mingles about in high society.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. After a long history of fighting, Harriet and her spouse have recently divorced.
