Description: She wears a violet cloak and cross-gartered pastel stockings, and she perpetually has her dagger ready. Her golden hair is long and unkept. Her face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. Her spectacle hidden eyes are a deep amber.
Personality: She takes her job very seriously, in part because she fears she cannot get a new one. She has a habit of throwing herself into exceedingly dangerous situations.
History: The child of a Servant, who enjoyed hunting, Phann was taken on many hunting expeditions. She was a friend to animals and a trickster. In her defense of animals however she would do severe harm to people. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Phann fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern.

Personality: She's a bit of a prankster. She knows she is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. She is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. She likes to tell stories.
History: She was born in a small forest village. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.
Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and she seems to be bored by most things

Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he wears loose pants and a collared shirt complete with sweater beneath his coat. His brown hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. He has amber eyes.
Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.
History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. When Alvyn reached his early adolescence his Gnome father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job.

Description: This man sports green clothing, slightly heavier than average wear. He is muscular with a powerful set of arms. He has dyed his greying green crest a little too much giving a sharp green color. His red eyes dart from person to person.
Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this northern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. Nykkan is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.
History: Nykkan was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. While he appears to be a normal Dragonborn, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
Motivation: He wants to get laid; and he's in love

Personality: She has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Bricklayer who has hired her part-time. She is accommodating to her spouse and as such limits her hospitality. She is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven herself a capable leader.
History: Tatyan was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. While studying, she fell in love. They married and had a son. She has recently attracted an admirer that believes she's playing hard to get.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. When triggered he is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.
History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.
Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable.

Description: This man stands a little under 5'6" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He wears violet trousers with red and green striped suspenders. He wears various colorful collared shirts. He has a chestnut handlebar mustache and slicked back chestnut hair. His eyes are likewise brown. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.
Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.
History: Ivellios lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He found a children's book about a Half-Elf Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. When Heward reached his early adolescence his Human father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Heward was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the illithids.
