Description: This fat western woman has a bulbous nose and wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge. Her skin is also unnaturally pale. She has wavy auburn hair. Her fierce hazel eyes like to dwell on things.
Personality: She loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. She is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of her. She is by nature obliging.
History: The child of a Sellsword, who enjoyed hunting, Diesa was taken on many hunting expeditions. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a old dungeon. She would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Diesa took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up warhammer and armor she uses now. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.
Motivation: She feels the way she acts is they only way to get by in the world; and nothing but the best is good enough for her

Description: This woman has the majority of her body covered in plate. She has a penchant for wearing a ring with an oversized ruby on her left hand. Her black hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a rose scrunchie. Her violet eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.
Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Oriff embodies much of what other species detest in the Dwarves. To her fellows she is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.
History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. In her 10th year, her parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Oriff alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. Lacking all sense, she decided to go on an adventure. She picked a direction and started trekking.
Motivation: Someone believes her a fraud; and a deep hatred of giants

Description: This man stands a little under 5'5" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time. He keeps his blonde hair in a flapper bob. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.
Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of brigands may trigger it at times.
History: His necromantic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. After a long history of fighting, Naill and his spouse have recently divorced.
Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it.

Description: The woman speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. She seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if she got out from a pool a few moments ago. She prefers to wear fine silks, though has several suits of combat armor for her hunting needs. Her tied-back hair is white. Her eyes are green and catlike.
Personality: She swings through moods quickly. One moment she is cool and collected, the next she is carried away by passions. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.
History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the east.

Personality: She is enamored with her job. She loves it. She likes the challenge and she likes helping those less fortunate than her. Further she is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.
History: She got into the Cook business at a young age. Her mother was a soldier and died while she was still young. Ea was left her mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.
Motivation: She's in love; and she is unsatisfied with her job

Personality: She shows great sympathy to all travelers. She's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. She loves her children and doesn't want them to worry about her. She loves to share her singing with anyone who is interested.
History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Morana fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: Born in the west to a Cook, Mormo learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. His parents enrolled him in a Sorcerer school at a young age so that he could practice his arcane talents. He has never given up on his painting dream.

Description: This man is wearing a long, red, dusty cloak. He has a penchant for wearing a ring with an oversized sapphire on his right hand. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. His violet eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.
Personality: Pikar hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his music career. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.
History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Pikar was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and he is a bit of a kleptomaniac
