History: When she was but 8 years old her parents immigrated from the south. In her 17th year, her parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Tawar alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She left for the south, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and she desires to right it.

Personality: She is curt in most of her responses. She prefers to keep her word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. She is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Elves.

History: Born in the south to a Sellsword, Birel learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. Her homeland was ravaged by war and she spent much of her life rebuilding it. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: Faral was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Faral liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Knight for the past few years.

Personality: She is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before her hampering stammer kicks in. Animals are drawn to her, and she is able to talk to them.

History: She was raised by priests from a young age. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She was granted divine powers by her dying brother.

Motivation: She is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs; and her religion dominates her actions

History: Born in the east to a Crown-heir, Dean learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and regain custody of his daughter

Personality: He is mildly Dwarf supremacist, though he does not identify as such. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Baker arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. A freak accident while working with his Engraver father left him crippled. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: She does not care much for physical appearances, nor does she care much for other people. She does however care about what she wants and getting it. She is cautious and jumpy. She reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. She always admired divine-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.
