Description: This fat northern man has a bulbous nose and wears tattered old clothes. His skin is also unnaturally pale. He has a small bristly mustache and wavy blonde hair. His blue eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: Thorin was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. Through the years after Thorin was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Thorin's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

Description: This man has a large brown mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into his grey robe. He has a penchant for wearing a ring with an oversized emerald on his right hand. He has dyed his greying orange fur a little too much giving a sharp orange color. His amber eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of illithids once and for all.

History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the forest to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. Smoking took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up glaive and armor he uses now. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Smoking was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the illithids.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food she seems plenty friendly. A fanatic, her devotion to her small selection of gods is unquestionable. She claims to be doing their will and will base all her actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. She inherited a moderately successful company from her father. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She has since married many spouses, only to have them die. She claims to not be responsible.

History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. She dropped out of school before completing her studies. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 9 years.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and she desires to right it

Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. A freak accident while working with his Armorer father left him crippled. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

History: Born in the south to a Bounty Hunter, Seddit learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She now owns her own business.
